Terms of Service
FamilyFirst is operated by Jennings Global Solutions · Effective September 14, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Jennings Global Solutions when you use FamilyFirst. Plain-English summaries appear throughout, but the full text is what applies.
Who can use FamilyFirst
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Accounts belong to individual adults; the app is designed for parents, co-parents, and the family members they invite.
Your family space
Content added to a family space is shared with its members. Invite people you trust — anyone you add can see the family's messages, calendar, photos, and child information until they are removed. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions
FamilyFirst is offered through paid membership plans (currently Duo and Unlimited), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your app store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period except where the store's own policies provide otherwise.
Your content
You own what you create in FamilyFirst. You give us the limited license needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to your family space — that's it. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.
AI features are assistants, not authorities
Features like Message Coach, "Help me say it," the weekly recap, and magic event add generate suggestions with AI. Suggestions can be imperfect. You always choose what actually gets sent or saved, and you are responsible for what you send. AI output is not medical, legal, or professional advice.
Records and exports
The certified message export and parenting-time summaries reflect the data in your family space at the time they are generated. They are provided as personal records; we make no guarantee that any court, mediator, or agency will accept them, and FamilyFirst is not a substitute for legal advice.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, or abuse of other users.
- No unlawful content or use of the service to break the law.
- No attempts to access other families' data or to disrupt the service.
- No automated scraping or abuse of the AI features.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Service changes and availability
We're constantly improving FamilyFirst and may add, change, or remove features. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jennings Global Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using FamilyFirst at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Jennings Global Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
